How We Coach

Coaching Is TheWhole Product.

Anyone can hand you a printout and point at the rack. We built Apex around the idea that the coaching is the actual product — everything else is just the room it happens in.

Assessment before assignment

No member starts on a generic plan. Every program begins with a real movement assessment — so what you're handed is built around your body, not a template.

Small enough to actually coach

We cap class sizes on purpose. A coach who's stretched across forty people isn't coaching — they're supervising. Ours never are.

Plans that move when you do

Your programming isn't fixed on day one and forgotten. Coaches track your progress and adjust the plan around it — every few weeks, not once a year.

Coaching at Apex isn't a single session — it's a structured runway. Here's exactly what the first month with a coach looks like.

01Day 1

Movement assessment

Before any programming happens, your coach runs a full movement assessment — strength, mobility, history, and goals — so nothing about your plan is guesswork.

02Week 1

Your plan is built

Using your assessment, your coach designs a starting program around your goals, your schedule, and the things your body is actually ready for right now.

03Weeks 2–4

Coached, not just supervised

Every session, your coach is on the floor adjusting your form, your loads, and your pacing in real time — not just calling out the next set.

04Day 30

Progress review & reset

Thirty days in, your coach reassesses with you, reviews what's working, and rebuilds the next phase of your program around the results.
